Western Union's no longer offers a toll free number. Most toll free phone numbers in India only work from MTNL and BSNL phone lines

Though some of the addresses are incomplete and phone numbers have changed, you will find at least a few locations where you can collect payment

In general, you can collect Western Union payment from Head Post Offices in the city, Bank of Baroda, Wall Street Forex and Canara Bank branches. Post offices pay out money during office hours (10 am- 3 pm , Monday to Friday)
